Using our experience in developing and evaluating requests for quotations (RFQ), invitation to tenders (ITT) and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) for public organisations we manage your response to these requests and propose your services.

We understand that outsourcing your bids requires a financial commitment. Since each bid is different, we'll carefully review the details to give you an accurate price. Together, we'll find a cost that works for you.

Tenders vary in length, the number of questions and the level of detail required for a successful submission. In order to provide you with an accurate estimation, we review the tender documentation thoroughly and consult with you to fully understand your business.

Evaluation and Response are one-off services and the Retainer service is a minimum 1 month engagement (depending on the size of the tender you are bidding for). However we find that clients tend to stay with us for 3-6 months at regular intervals throughout the year.

Yes, on the retainer agreement we offer a discount to clients that are committed over the long term.

Cyber security is critical to the success of the project. Once we reach the Production stage of the roadmap and the token is in development we will take all of the necessary precautions and commit to multiple third party audits to ensure the safety and security of our community.
